Craft Your Message

What do you want to say?
And how?

Before you can start making noise, you need to know how you’re going to make it. And that can be overwhelming.

You have to be CLEVER. You have to use fancy words, memorize a script, or somehow reconfigure your everyday vernacular to be more impressive. You have to have the perfect elevator pitch that seamlessly flows into even the most casual conversations. You have to look, act, and speak a certain way.

Right? Is that what you’re thinking? It’s ok. You can start breathing again.

That’s not what we do.

That’s not what we believe brand is, because that’s not what YOU are.

The number 1 stressor that most of my clients have when they first come to me is the dreaded FEAR OF FAKE.

They don’t want to be perceived as egotistical, or prematurely self-made or self-nominating. They don’t feel comfortable tooting their own horns, or floating on the laurels of whatever career glory they’ve achieved or want to achieve.

And that’s ok.

Crafting a message doesn’t mean that you’re going to be groomed into some unrecognizable shell of yourself.

It means that you’re going to get to know yourself.

It means claiming your confidence and your expertise.

It means taking a step at a time. At your pace.

It’s a humble, happy, well-deserved smile as you share your experiences with your friends, loved-ones, and people you want to meet and work with.

It’s knowing your success, not proving it.

It’s as loud or as quiet as you want it to be.

Really, we do this work from the inside out, because the message comes from you. Not from me.

In a nut shell, here’s how it works.

You just be you.

We’ll do the horn-tooting.

Promise. Stamped it. No erasees.

It’s not your job to know everything.

Tell us what you want to do, and we’ll show you a way that’s right for you.

The fact is, that everyone and every business is different, and the tools they use are naturally going to vary.

We listen to what you do, and how you’re doing it, and then create a strategy that is right for you, and that’s going to organically compliment your personal brand.

We’ll work with you to plan how you’re going to get your message out there. We’ll look at where you feel most comfortable ‘working’ from – whether that’s your blog, your Facebook page, Twitter, or in person – and map out a way for you to use all the resources and networks you have, and that you want to have.

We keep it simple and modular – if you want to start small, and then spread out or add-on different social media networks, print modules, extend your reach into different markets, and maybe learn some new tools or programs that will help your brand grow or your team perform, you can, and we’ll be there to help.
